Children and Preschool Ministries

The mission of College Heights Baptist Church Children’s and Preschool Ministries is to equip parents in the spiritual training of their children so that their children are disciples of Christ growing in the Bible, prayer, worship, giving, and missions while developing their relationship with Jesus Christ.

We Do This By

In Deuteronomy Chapter 6 the Bible has mandated that Parents are the spiritual trainers of their children.  Our mission at CHBC is to partner with parents in this training by providing resources, coaching, and encouragement to parents and families, as well as providing Biblical training and teaching to children. We teach in a way that is brain-integrated so that all children can learn according to their learning styles. 

Our Children Programs include:

  • Sunday Morning small groups beginning at 9:30 am
  • Discipleship training and focus in each semester, Fall, Spring, and Summer
  • Summer camps

During COVID-19

Parents, we want you to feel comfortable with regrouping at church, so we have done our research and have prepared a safe environment for you and your child at College Heights Baptist Church. You can trust that we are following the Centers for Disease Control and American Pediatrics Academy guidelines for day cares and children’s classes. We are following these guidelines for screenings, social distancing, cleaning, and how we deal with  individual handled items in our classes.  Our classrooms are disinfected with several safe means including disinfecting foggers, touch surface cleaning, and deep cleaning. Our primary goal is to provide a safe environment for your child in order to worship and learn about Jesus.
